Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

1. Shipping

To return the item you purchased, please mail it to:

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

2. You received a faulty Item/ wrong item

If the item you received is faulty/wrong, please contact [email protected] quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return or through your account to indicate whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You must report any faults within 7 days of receipt of the item and you have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

3. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

4. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check with your bank or your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
